I'm a Collision Center Manager with 23 years of experience and a strong reputation in the industry. I've built extensive relationships with companies, insurance agents, adjusters, and suppliers. People describe me as hardworking, intelligent, kind, honest, and trustworthy. I grew up in Sterling Heights and now live in Howell, Michigan. I'm a father of five, and husband to the most beautiful and hardworking farmer. I'm licensed to write estimates by the State of Michigan, I-CAR Platinum level III certified, and hold a Criminal Investigation Certificate. My Air Force career included eight years of law enforcement with five years as a Detective. While serving I earned an Accommodation Medal for developing a program that was adopted Air Force-wide. I'm a passionate leader who focuses on empowering teams to reach their full potential, creating positive work environments, and mentoring staff to improve sales, efficiency, and effectiveness. My background includes time at Serra Honda Mazda Brighton, managing collision centers for several other businesses and the United States Air Force. Outside of work, I enjoy playing softball, golf, horseback riding, playing bass guitar, and spending time with my family on our farm. I'm happy to chat about family, my farm (we have horses, cows, goats, chickens, sheep, rabbits, cats, and dogs!), sports, current events, or my faith, if you'd like.
