Service was great except for length of time waiting for car's alignment at Serra Mazda (about 2 hours). I expected car to be ready at 5:00 pm, but it was nearly 6:00 pm, and only reason was waiting on the alignment.

As always Tristen and the whole of the service department performed well above average. I was in and out of department in excellent time a quick turnaround on my birthday.. The reason I would shop again for a Mazda because of the service department and excellent performance and abilities, I always feel safer after they work on the car. They go over the whole car and perform the maintenance it was scheduled for. I say they take pride in their work and we the customers are better for it.
